Choose Sign in on Verido Web, then continue with Google or Apple, or choose Create account to register with email. Email registrations must use the verification link sent to the inbox. Use the same sign-in method on web and mobile to open the same Verido profile.

Check your spam or junk folder, then try signing in again to request a new verification email. If it still does not arrive, contact support below.

Open Sign in, choose Forgot password, and enter the email linked to your Verido account. Follow the secure reset link sent to you.

Sign in, open Profile, and choose Edit profile. You can change your profile photo, cover image, display name, username, bio and interests.

Open Edit profile and select the camera control on your current picture. Choose a new image, review it, then save your changes.

Yes. Verido Web connects to the same account so supported profile and content changes are reflected across web and mobile.

Select Create, then choose Post, Reel or Story. Add your media and details, and select Publish. Video uploads may take longer while the file is transferred.

Open Watch and scroll vertically between videos. Use the visible media bar to play, pause, scrub, change sound or enter full screen. Choose For you or Following to change the feed.

Open your Profile. Your posts, videos and active stories are shown there with delete controls. Verido asks you to confirm before permanently removing an upload.

Select any linked hashtag to open related posts and reels. You can also search for a hashtag or browse Trending hashtags in Discover.

Choose Join on a room card on Home or open the full Rooms section. Public rooms open after joining; private rooms may require approval. Once joined, choose Open to enter room chat.

Open Audio spaces to join or host a live voice conversation. Your browser will ask for microphone permission when you enable your mic. Make sure the correct speaker and microphone are selected in your browser or device settings.

Check that microphone access is allowed for the Verido site, that you are not muted in the space, and that your device input level is active. Reload the page after changing browser permissions.

Use the options menu on the relevant content or profile and choose Report. Include the clearest available reason so the moderation team can review it.

Leave the conversation if needed, avoid sharing personal information, preserve any useful details and submit a report. For an immediate risk, contact the appropriate local emergency service.
